1. Kindly upload a softcopy of the birth certificate of the candidate while filling the form.

2. Once the payment is made please take the printout immediately.

3. Mode of payment is Online, which is non-refundable.

 

Last date to submit the hard copy of the duly filled Registration form
along with the required documents in the college office is on December 28, 2024.

AGE FOR NURSERY: 3 to 3½ YEARS AS ON APRIL 1, 2025.

(Child should be born between October 1, 2021 – March 31, 2022)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE FORM

1. Birth Certificate from Nagar Nigam/ Nagar Palika.

2. Baptism Certificate for the Christian Candidates.

3. Photocopy of Aadhar Card/Enrollment Slip of the candidate.

4. Passport size photograph of the candidate with father and mother.

5. SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable)

6. Photo copy of residential proof (Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Aadhar Card/Bank Passbook/Election Card/Driving License) etc.

 

Date and time of Interaction with the parents along with the candidate
will be informed through WhatsApp after submitting the hard copy of the registration form.
